When COVID hit, Waypoint Solutions needed to stay top-of-mind but felt it was the wrong time to be pushing products and services when so many were struggling.
Instead, we decided to package up and deliver smiles when people needed them most. The Bright Side campaign sent out messages where customers could opt-in to receive care packages with gifts and tongue-in-cheek messages that allowed Waypoint to ‘point the way to the bright side’.
